Can I convert a Shure SM58 corded microphone to cordless?

When I went to the shop...the cordless model was not available and as I was in a hurry...I had to buy the corded model. Now can I convert it to cordless by attaching anything at it's end?

yes i use a scanner s4-ad works perfect with sm 58 also has phantom power switch to work with condenser mic.
