cordless microphone with Ipod system

I am looking for a cordless microphone, not sure if there is one with an ipod unit and speakers combo. If not looking for a cordless microphone small mouth piece for teaching arobics.

Please advise of the best microphone for this situation, one that will not fall off whiled teaching.
