There's no difference. A karaoke microphone is simply a regular microphone used at karaoke. Search for a dynamic microphone. If you're looking for a high quality model, try the Shure SM58 Vocal Dynamic Microphone. If you're on a budget there are many cheaper models that will work just fine as well.
