EV mic solder joint has worn loose inside the mic base

by Dick Smith
(Wellsville, OH)

The black and white wire came loose from the solder joints on the mother board inside the base of the mic.

I cannot determine which pad to resolder them to on the board; or does it matter? Is black on the side and white in the middle or vice-versa?

The shield is still attached on one side of the board.

It is a EV CP212 condenser cardioid podium mic.

I repair the audio systems for our church, St. Al's in East Liverpool Ohio.

I would appriciate any help with this problem. Thanks
