How do i install the AKG CHM21 ceiling condenser microphone

Hi! Please i need advise on how to install the CHM 21 ceiling microphone on a platform stage (Length24ft Width 12ft). I want to attach a beam to a wall across the stage and fix the mic clamp to it when it arrives. Does the clamp need screws?
