how many receivers can you hook up to a karaoke machine

I have a karaoke machine with two mic slots, and I want to purchase cordless mics. I keep seeing recievers with 2 mics. Can I hook up two different receivers one in each mic slot, and use 4 cordless or can I only use one because they are only 2 channel and will interfer with each other? Thanks
