Lapel mic for recording interviews in uncontrolled environment like hospital, outdoor?

Hi!
I have a SONY DSR PDX 10 P camcorder. I have used external uni-directional microphone for recording interviews so far. This has a cable that can be plugged into XLR 3 pin adaptor. But gets messy sometimes since this is not hands-free.
I am looking at ECM T 6, ECM-44B and AKG C417PP. I am not sure which one will serve the purpose of hands free recording of interviews in an unctrolled environment.
Please help!
