Could I use a PC headset with mic with a laptop and amplified speakers to narrate while demonstrating / teaching software or while showing slideshows?

Need anser Urgent

My voice is slow - i need to go to give presentation I have my laptop along with Speaker and in built mike - now i am looking for the solution to get amplified volume from my laptop speaker as an output while i will be talking using mike {as in input} so that i can give my presentation and all people can hear my voice clearly.
