Switches on Microphones

by Phill
(England)

What do the switches do on condenser microphones, my stagg pgt-80 didn't come with any manuals or anything and I have no idea what the switches do. One switch has 0 on the left and -10dB on the right, one switch has a diagonal line connected to a horizontal line on the left and a horizontal line on the right, and the last switch has an 8 on the left, a circle with dip in the middle and a circle on the right. Could anyone tell me what they do?
