Throat Mics For PC Gaming

Hi Guys AND GALS

As part of the Call Of Duty Gaming comunity,I use Team Speak to comunicate with other team mates.
The normal mic allows alot of background noise to come through. What would be needed to stop this is a throat mic built into a normal PC headset.
