What's a good vintage mic for my needs?

I'm looking for a vintage mic for use in my new home studio for recording mainly hip-hop, and i need something with a classic sound, if that makes sense? I've been inspired by albums such as Enter The Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers by Wu Tang Clan to incorporate a classic, grimey type of sound into my music, without compromising the quality. I have an M-audio Nova (not vintage) maybe i could use this instead?
